CJ's Off the Square is a beautifully renovated historic home near Nashville, TN. It is an intimate outdoor wedding & event venue in a romantic garden setting. I felt like I was painting in a secret garden from a storybook wedding. I absolutely fell in love with the koi pond and canopy of trees.

This painting was for a long-time client of mine who I have worked with for many years. I have worked with her in the past for other custom paintings, but this one was extra special because her son was getting married. She said right after his engagement she instantly wanted to book me as the live event painter! I love that this was her wedding gift to her son and let him plan all the special details for his wedding painting. Bride and groom chose for me to capture the 1st dance with some of their family and friends surrounding them.
